SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to receive and fulfill orders as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and another 5-7 business days for shipping. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Please allow additional time for custom engraving, custom color and halligans without a pick. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please reach out to us via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of your purchase. If you do not wish to keep the product, please email us with your contact information and we will inform you on how to begin the process. Please keep your original packaging. Only un-used tools will receive a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless an error has been made. Please note, custom engraved tools will not be eligible for returns.

OUR GUARANTEE
We proudly offer a lifetime guarantee on all welds. If you experience any breakage, at or adjacent to (within 0.5") the weld, you will be sent a new replacement tool free of charge. For extendable tools the effected side will be replaced. In order to be eligible for replacement you must send the damaged tool back to us. Side Charlie does not cover wear and tear of any kind or any other damage caused by the user. Limited to one replacement per each tool ordered.
